Independence as a founding principle.
Founded in 1972 in Chambéry, the firm has only ever practised one profession: valuation. The firm has no interest in any of the transactions it values. Fees are based on time spent, never as a percentage of the value concluded.
Our valuers are approved by the Courts of Appeal, members of the CNEJI and the CNCEJ, the RICS, and REV valuers (TEGoVA). They act on out-of-court and court assignments alike, throughout mainland France, the overseas territories and Monaco.
The firm is a member of the national network of independent valuers EI Valuation.

A valuer who signs
The valuer who conducts the assignment is the one who signs the report and answers for it. The signing valuer is your single point of contact, from the quote to the delivery of the report.

Systematic confidentiality clauses, respect for business secrecy, professional indemnity insurance covering every assignment.
