1. Data controller

Frerault Expertises, Immeuble Omega, 27 allée Albert Sylvestre, 73000 Chambéry, France. SIRET 747 220 895 00078, RCS Chambéry B 747 220 895. Telephone +33 4 79 85 60 68, email contact@frerault-expertises.com. The firm has not appointed a data protection officer; requests are handled at the address above.

2. Data collected

The valuation request form collects your name, email address and, optionally, your company and telephone number, as well as the description of the property and context that you enter. No field is mandatory other than the name, the email address and the request itself.

The rest of the website is static and collects nothing. For the security of the service, the host keeps technical logs including the IP address and the time of requests.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Form data is used to reply to your request and, where applicable, to prepare a quote. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request, within the meaning of Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. When an assignment is then entrusted to the firm, processing continues on the basis of the contract and of the legal and ethical obligations attached to valuation work.

The host's technical logs fall under the firm's legitimate interest in ensuring the security and availability of the website, within the meaning of Article 6(1)(f).

4. Recipients

Data is not sold, rented or used for marketing purposes by third parties. It is accessible only to the firm's staff responsible for handling the request. The website host, Cloudflare, Inc., and the service that delivers the form's emails act as processors. These providers may process data outside the European Union, on the basis of the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

5. Retention periods

Requests that are not followed up are kept for three years from the last exchange, then deleted. Data linked to an assignment follows the retention period of the valuation file, set by the applicable legal and professional obligations. The host's technical logs are kept in accordance with its own policy, for security purposes.

6. Audience measurement

Traffic to this website is measured with Umami, an open-source analytics tool hosted on a server located in France. It records the pages viewed, the site you came from, the type of device, the browser, the operating system, the language, and the country and city deduced from your IP address.

Your IP address is not stored, no cookie is set and no individual browsing path is reconstructed: the statistics are anonymous, aggregated, and are not passed on to any third party. They are kept for a maximum of 25 months.

Legal basis: the website publisher's legitimate interest in knowing its traffic. In accordance with the CNIL's recommendations, this measurement does not require your consent.

You may nevertheless object to it. The website respects your browser's "Do Not Track" setting, and the button below disables measurement on this browser. This choice is stored in your browser, and nowhere else.

Audience measurement is active on this browser.

7. Confidentiality of exchanges

Information sent to the firm, including at the simple request stage, is covered by the confidentiality attached to valuation work. It is not disclosed to any third party without the requester's instruction, subject to legal obligations and requests from the judicial authorities.

8. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and portability, as well as the right to set instructions regarding what happens to your data after your death. These rights can be exercised by writing to contact@frerault-expertises.com or by post to the firm's address, with proof of identity where there is reasonable doubt about the requester's identity. The firm replies within one month.

If you encounter any difficulty, you may refer the matter to the Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés (CNIL), 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France, www.cnil.fr.
