What we are really asked.
They establish reasoned, defensible market and rental values for an estate, a divorce, an IFI wealth tax declaration, financing or a dispute. Approval by the Chambéry Court of Appeal also allows court assignments, on appointment by the court.
Fees depend on the time spent: type of property, legal complexity, documentation. They are set by quote before the assignment. Expect more for an estate or a resort property than for an apartment in town.
